“I have purchased from here before and always received prompt shipping. Great selection and various skill levels . I started on beginner during covid and have completed a couple of advanced. Never a problem . Kits come well packaged with no damage .”

“Hello Modelers Central: I did indeed received the model this morning. It was a surprise. It took two weeks from the day you shipped it. You sent it out just two days after receiving the order. Very fast! I received tracking notices after that until it passed customs in Los Angeles. Then nothing during this past weekend. I expected to get a notice this morning that it was on a truck ready to cross the US. Instead, it was at my front door after being flown to the east coast. The only point that puzzled me was a report when you first shipped it that "We haven't received the full parcel details from the sender yet". And it waited three days to get them before continuing. Shouldn't those details have been sent along with the package? The kit itself is beautiful; far better quality than what I generally purchase. When done, it will be on display at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum in Norfolk, Virginia in 2026. If you are passing by, stop in. I will answer the questions below here: There was no estimated delivery time given. I have no idea who made the delivery. It was not damaged; packed very well. I took two weeks.”

“Generally satisfied with my experiences with Modelers Central. I have not receoived my current order as yet. Your most recent email regarding Amait kits shows a 'keel clamper' for $207 (USD?). The same clamper is currently available from MicroMark in the US for $92.95. That discrepancy in price makes me a little sceptical of some of your other offerings. Jeff Northup, Idaho, USA”

“I enjoy receiving the emails with special offers. I bought something recently and saw the shipping was a bit expensiv e so I cancelled the order. But i ended up ordering again a few days later, realized that it is from Australia... I thjought they had a wearehouse in US. I happy to pay some shipping! Its just I am so used to free shipping from a lot of the websites these days..”

“A good outlet for ship modelling supplies is not easy to find lately, so I was pleased to find Modelers' Central. After a hiatus of about 30 years, I am planning to complete my scratch-built model of the Brigantine "Newsboy", so I needed running rigging supples. I am awaiting delivery for my very recent order.”

“My experience with Modelers Central has always been very good. They do a great job of keeping me informed on the status of my orders. I especially like thier bronze color cleats refered to as brown. No more having to file a rough cast to make them sutuitable to display.”
