“The model i ordered was poor quality in relation to previous models. The scale at 1:100 is very small and the money paied very high for what i got. I will not purchase another model from this manufacturer again and have made a not to self to check size and quality in future, very disappointed!!”

“When trying to purchase stanchions, your website does not provide the number of items per packet. - [ ] 2 packs of stanchion - brass - straight - 25/64” X 1 Hole (10mm) - [ ] 8 packs of stanchion - brass - straight - 25/64” X 2 Hole (10mm) Perhaps a web glitch or my iPhone didn't allow pop ups??? I hope this will not be a deal-breaker for future business because I am in the market for a wooden ship model and your website seems pretty good. “Shipping is a nightmare. High cost. Took over a month to take delivery. I get items from China quicker and cheaper shipping. Now I have to travel to the US Post Office to sign for the package. What a hassle.”

“I made an order on 4-12-23 for some wood planks. It is now 4-30-23 and the package has not been delivered. Tracking indicates that the package has just left Australia. Yet your website indicates "fast delivery to the United States." 18 days and counting is not fast delivery. COVID is over.”
