“I ordered Tuesday 8am, order posted Thursday 9am, then Australia Post "mis-sent"the items to another mail sorting centre. I missed out on 'next day delivery'.”

“Dear Sirs, I took a chance and ordered from you, me living in the states. I’m not sure I will use you again. Ordering was not the problem, mail was the problem. The price and the time were way over the top. I’ll maybe try again if the postage is realistic. Thank you for an other wide great experience. Jim”

“The delivery box was long ,narrow and frail. No stiffening for the reason a long box was used. The brass wire ordered was simply rapped in foam. Upon opening the box, there were as many bends in the wire, as the box itself showed creases. Very disappointed with choice of packaging. A simple cardboard L brace would have been sufficient.”

“I don't have anything to review, so I left you with a middle of the road "3". I purchased the CSS shenandoah September 14, 2024, order # 132349. I received a 10 percent discount, much appreciated. On September 18, 2024, I received an email message that it has been shipped from Austrailia. I assume it is being delivered via air mail. As of yet, I have no delivery date.”

“Kit was not forwarded to me until l questioned its status after not receiving it after 10 days. Once it was identified the kit had not be forwarded to me the matter was addressed quickly”

“Worked well with me on the situation I had regarding ordering and canceling my ordering the wrong size planking for my ship model. Received a store credit for my order. Thought yhe credit would be for material only since it had not been shipped. It included the shipping charge as well.”

“I bought this as a gift for someone else. I have no personal review for the item purchased. I have spoken to the recipient and he reports that the model is very challenging for him. It is the first time he attempts this type of model.”

“I wish I had known upfront I was ordering products from Australia to US. The shipping time is outrageous and did not provide an estimate. Maybe I'll get my stuff one day, but for now, I'm ordering the same from a company in US - could have avoided all this.”

“Good selection and pricing. Did not realize parts would ship from Australia until checkout. Took 5 weeks to receive in US. Well after Christmas. Was unable to complete my project in time for a gift!”

“all was good exept milliimeter measurements were not the same as model ship measurements and I do not have a micrometer so items I ordered will not work with my model wish you guys could coordenate sizes”
