The delivery box was long ,narrow and frail. No stiffening for the reason a long box was used. The brass wire ordered was simply rapped in foam. Upon opening the box, there were as many bends in the wire, as the box itself showed creases. Very disappointed with choice of packaging. A simple cardboard L brace would have been sufficient.
