I ordered two brass pedestals for a display stand. They were described on the website as having 5mm slots. When I got them the slots were only 4mm. I sent an email about the problem, but no reply for a few days so I sent another with a comment about customer service. They replied saying the first email went to junk mail and then a smug statement that I should file the slots out to fit the 5mm keel of my model.
