My dealing with Modlers Central so far has been good. Helpful and considerate. Good quality products at a reasonable price. My only disattisfaction, is shipping rates. $22CDN for a couple of small items that would fit into an envelope and costing a few dollars. A $2.75 item becomes almost $25. A $40 set of plans in an envelope becames a $62 purchase. It does of course mean that it's worth waiting six months to accumulate enough small needs to make $22 worthwhile. I do understand that this is probably not all Modelers Central's fault, but it does nudge a buyer towards other sources.
