I had previously left a review saying that although the service was good but that I was disappointed with the quality of the door catch. More Handles got in touch with me immediately and offered to resolve the situation. I dealt with Jack, who was extremely helpful and responsive . Without me even having to ask, he ordered a new door catch, quality checked it himself, and sent it free of charge - which I will add works perfectly. I always think that the true reviews should be about how a company resolves issues and this is why I have given More Handles 5* - I was very impressed and will definitely use them again in the future.
