“Ordered 8 of the metal candle holders, to add to a wooden wagon wheel to make a rustic light. The order was delivered fast, the candle holders were just as described and made a fantastic addition. We will definitely be coming back for other products.”

“Initially, I wanted to match two (identical) hooks to use on a longer wall mounted, prepared board. Your hooks were nearly a perfect match, albeit slightly smaller and not an even bright polish to the brass like my original pair. (On reflection I should have got four of your hooks in the first place.) But no complaints here. I'm satisfied. Thank you.”

“I had to wait quite a while for a product that was supposed to be in stock, and when it finally arrived, the arm had not been filed to fit the round holder. Obviously, I had to file it myself, and the supplier said I should have returned it for a replacement. If they use Far Eastern companies who care nothing about quality, why should I wait another 4 weeks for a repeat? Not my suppliers fault, but better line control is needed. Funny how everybody blames everybody else these days!!!! The final latch is fine.”

Hi Kevin, We’re really sorry for the delay and for the issue you experienced with the arm not being filed to fit the round holder. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after having to wait longer than expected for the item to arrive. We would just like to clarify that you were advised at the time that the item was on back order and were provided with an estimated delivery date. An alternative item was also offered which was available for next-day dispatch, but unfortunately we didn’t receive a response regarding this option. Regarding the issue with the product itself, we’re sorry to hear that it arrived this way. As the item was modified by yourself before we were made aware of the issue, we haven’t had the opportunity to inspect the product or see photographs of the problem, so we have not yet been able to raise this with the supplier. We would, of course, have been happy to look into this for you had we been made aware of the issue before the item was modified. We're sorry that your overall experience fell short of expectations. “I ordered an iron handles, in the picture the look black but when i got them they were grey. When i complained they told me that its an old image and need to be updated, that its Solid cast iron and will patina over time, that I could send them back but i need to pay £5 plus VAT as the order is less than £75. So they have the wrong image, obviously doesn't look like in that picture at all but I have to pay if i wanna give them back? And will patina overtime...to black?? I wont recommend this company at all.”

We have since noticed that the finish of this product appears to have changed from how it was previously supplied, and we are currently working with the manufacturer to clarify and resolve this. We completely understand your disappointment when the product you received looked different from the image shown online, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the return, our standard policy for orders under £75 including VAT is that the goods can still be returned for a refund. If you use our return service, a £5 + VAT return delivery charge is deducted from the refund, or you are welcome to arrange the return yourself at your own cost. “Purchased architectural double sprung tubular latches - have used these with Victorian brass door knobs. Easy to fit. Strong and reliable fittings. PVD brass finish on door plate - nice to the eye. Used a router jig that matches this door set.”
