“Unfortunately when I opened the package the first knob was badly chipped. I spoke to a lovely lady who said she would replace them.”

“I've only just installed the "Cardea - Auto Door Catch" I bought a few days ago, so I can only comment on initial experiences. Product was easy to order, arrived on time, and was pretty much what I expected from the website description. My only gripe: it cost me in total about £20, which was more than I initially expected (advertised at about £11.50). This was mainly due to £5.75 "shipping&handling" (2nd class Royal Mail would have been only £3.50 !) and then them whacking VAT on everything !!! However, the product was what I wanted, felt and looks good, and I guess in 6 months' time I'll have forgotten how much it cost me !”
