Unfortunately when I opened the package the first knob was badly chipped. I spoke to a lovely lady who said she would replace them.

Very dissappointing company as i placed my order online and was charged for the goods and received an email to say the goods had been shipped. After waiting for another 3 days for the goods to arrive i phoned them to check the delievery date and was told these items were out of stock and hopefully due in after another week or so. Order then cancelled and refund requested but still waiting for this to be paid back into my bank account

Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback. The goods ordered were due to be dispatched the next working day, and we received dispatch confirmation from the manufacturer to state they had been dispatched however, there was an issue dispatching the items, which caused the delay. This issue was taking a few days to resolve, which caused the further delay.  I can only apologise for the missed communication on this occasion. Once a refund was requested, it was processed however, it can take 3-5 working days to be returned. Sorry regarding the issues with this order. The Frelan throw-over catch came, but it was defect the flip over component didnot fit the female part. After photographing and sending in a report. Waiting for a reply that never came. After 3 weeks I decided to rectify it by filing out the piece by hand until it fit.

We have given it a low rating. I have twice emailed your company, last week requesting a returns document to be able to return the handles. I am still waiting on a reply. I am not at all impressed. Please rely to my emails to Sales and respond immediately

Really disappointed as we had to return the handles that we ordered,as they weren't suitable, to find that they were subsequently damaged in the post ( despite the fact that we packaged them in the same way that they had arrived)-and More Handles refused to refund the money that we had paid for them. We are therefore -with cost of postage and packing over £45.00 worse off. Won't be using this company again.

I understand your frustrations that we haven't been able to refund you on this occasion. When the items arrived back we found that there wasn't sufficient packaging used as some of the items were out of the protective inner bags. With this being the case it is possible that due to the way the courier handles packages sometimes, the items have then knocked together with the box We never want to contact customer with these issues, but since they aren’t resalable we cannot process this return. Sorry, would love to have rated this higher, but the China knob pattered company with inserted screw fitting a day after I fitted it. I had to fix with superglue. Cannot find quality these days.

Dan, Thanks you for taking the time to leave us with a review but i'm sorry you only felt our service was only worthy of a 1 star The China knobs you have made or normally one of the best in the market as these are UK made. We also wouldn't expect the Metal threading to have pulled out this soon. Hi Helen, I'm very sorry that you product didn't meet up to what you were expecting. The item you ordered is made by a company called Cottingham and is very popular with us, having looked, we do clearly label the dimensions for said product if this is incorrect then i will happily have this reviewed and amended, but from what i can see it is correct! We have emailed about this issue and the order did leave when it should off. The issue was with the delivery which DPD said they attempeted on several occasions. This parcel did then arrive back with us and we have reshipped it back out. I placed an order over the Christmas period with express delivery with more handles. Their website did not mention they were closed and confirmation emails didn’t mention this. When the item hadnt turned up I dug around on their website and in their shipping policy is where they mentioned they are closed. Frustrating, but we got the delivery a couple of days after they were open but with no real apology. Since then we have tried to put up our curtain pole but some fittings are missing; we aren’t sure if we needed to order them or if they were missing. We’ve emailed twice and heard nothing back. Won’t be ordering from them again

Very very disappointed in the door knobs as the glass knobs keep falling off. It is the last time I will order this type of door knobs? Manufacturer needs to up the quality as they are not cheap.

Quality and pricing are important to us and your feedback plays a big part in helping us This fault though is something we find can happen with glass products from all suppliers as it's very hard for the manufacturers to fix glass to metal without glue. it's not something we have all the time, but it can happen from time to time. Look elsewhere. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered an item online that stated next day delivery. Heard nothing so contacted them after a week. Was promised it was due in from the supplier and wouldn’t be long. Didn’t arrive. Wasted my time chasing it up several times, given false promises and still not arrived after almost a month. I had to chase it up every time and not once did Moor Handles proactively contact me to give me an update or apologise. Then refused to do anything to make up for the time I have wasted and their terrible service. Apart from offer me a discount on another order. Like I’m going to order anything from here every again. Avoid at all costs

Not recommended, you'll be lucky to receive your order or even be contacted as to why you haven't. Then you'll be guilt tripped as to why it is actually all your fault and face an aggressive reaction if you complain. There are other suppliers who do not behave this.

We've placed an order for a 5 x 'Heritage Brass D Type Cabinet Handles in Antique Brass' on the 21st of April. Today is 15 of June, but we haven't received any handles yet. I've tried to call and email MORE HANDLES LTD dozen of times with no response. I understand that under the current situation deliveries can be late or delayed badly, but I would expect at least an email update or a phone call explaining what is going on with our order. Very very frustrating.
