I placed an order over the Christmas period with express delivery with more handles. Their website did not mention they were closed and confirmation emails didn’t mention this. When the item hadnt turned up I dug around on their website and in their shipping policy is where they mentioned they are closed. Frustrating, but we got the delivery a couple of days after they were open but with no real apology. Since then we have tried to put up our curtain pole but some fittings are missing; we aren’t sure if we needed to order them or if they were missing. We’ve emailed twice and heard nothing back. Won’t be ordering from them again
