There were no updates for both recent orders when products were delayed in being dispatched.

We understand the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused you, and we are genuinely sorry for falling short of your expectations. On the initial order, the delivery failed to be dispatched by ourselves due to an issue with our system. Then, with the second order, the item was out of stock with the manufacturer. The item was marked as £6 postage. I questioned customer services with this amount and was told it was “company policy”. To my annoyance, It was then sent via regular first class post for around £2. Not ideal.

Hi, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. Our delivery charge of £5.40 plus VAT is designed to cover the cost of postage along with the packaging and the time cost involved. We are looking to review and reduce these costs to the customer where possible, for example on larger orders above £75 inc VAT we do offer free shipping. Handles arrived damaged , was told “ it’s to be expected “ ! Expensive handles should not be damaged unless described so on the advert . Very bad craftsmanship , will be returning .

The order contained incorrect items, someone else had part of my order. Contacted More Handles and arranged for the items to be collected. My correct items didn't arrive, I had to chase 3 times with phone calls and an email. Finally received the product.

Initially there was a mix up with the packages when dispatching from ourselves with DPD, this led to the items going to the wrong address. The moment we realised the error, we arranged the collection of the goods to be delivered to yourself, however the collection failed and the items weren’t collected. Wrong handles cost £30 which was good value however I had to pay £13.00 to send them back !

We understand you had ordered the incorrect handles and we advised that you could return the items either via a courier organised by yourself, or we could raise the return for you at a charge of £12.95 including VAT. We appreciate your feedback regarding this charge and we are constantly looking at ways to improve our service and returns policy. Faulty handles 2 out of 9 good customer service on replacements but when they arrived they were damaged with scratches visible

I'm glad to hear though that the customer service was good, but that the overall experience fell short due to damage. I looked into this and the replacement items were sent direct from the Manufacturer to try and make sure we had them out as soon as possible With this being the case i can only apologise that there weren't checked by the supplier before leaving. I specifically asked for a latch with a light spring, because it is operated by a knob and my wife has arthritis in her hands. The latch sent has a spring far too strong for her to turn, so it's useless for us. Is it impossible to find a 102mm latch with a light spring?

We're sorry to hear that the 102mm latch we sent you has a spring strength that is not suitable for your wife's condition The latch we recommend is the weakest version we could offer that is 102mm or above. Most of the supplier we deal with stop at 76mm for the weakest springs. The handles were meant to be chrome and satin but on close inspection they just look like all chrome to me. Not noticeable at all. I chose the handles because I wanted 2 tone polished chrome and satin. Regards .
