“I needed a new spring for my door handle. I got a reply very quickly and received the spring very quickly. A little confusion at first but overall very good”

“We were able to find something different from the normal choice of the DIY stores. Good quality hooks with good quality screws. Just a shame about delivery, otherwise you would have got 5 stars.”

“Handles ordered were delivered quickly and exactly as advertised however I was surprised they didn't come with screws to atach but did come with washers .”

“Revised review: The product description listed the item as 14cm however on receipt of the item, it’s only 12 cm and doesn’t work with my existing lock. However MoreHandles kindly contacted me and arranged a refund, the service received was lovely and personal and I would consider using them again”
