“Revised review: The product description listed the item as 14cm however on receipt of the item, it’s only 12 cm and doesn’t work with my existing lock. However MoreHandles kindly contacted me and arranged a refund, the service received was lovely and personal and I would consider using them again”

“Very happy with price and quality of handles. I bought 30+ handles for my kitchen cabinets and ended up being one short. I went to order one but the delivery was more than twice the cost of the handle! It was a next day delivery so i asked if the cost could be reduced by having a slower delivery. I was told it wasn’t possible which i was disappointed with. As the delivery was a fixed price whether one or more items ordered I decided to buy 3 more handles and keep the other two in case of damage or other needs. I ordered and next day parcel arrived and instead of three handles i only got one. When i informed Morehandles they said they would send the other two for next day delivery. I called two days later as no handles arrived. I contacted again and the handles were delivered next day, so clearly handn’t been despatched 3 days earlier. Minor issues and resolved eventually.”

“I needed a pair of antique looking handles for a display cabinet base. These are perfect for the job. My only remark is that that the brazing on the underside is not finished very well. Other than that, great. Thanks.”

“Prompt service and well informed progress of order. Whilst probably not actually packed by More Handles, the escutcheon plates have 3 securing points but are supplied with only 2 screws.”

“The goods were sold at a competitive price and despatched quickly, More Handles deserve a 5 star rating but unfortunately they were let down by a lazy DPD driver that failed to deliver the items on the said date, leaving me with a further 2 day wait and a tradesman to pay for wasted time.”

“Good experience. There was a delay to the promised 3-5 working days delivery schedule caused by a temporary supply issue from the manufacturers. After a phone call to More Handles, the problem was investigated in a timely manner, the delay explained and the re-scheduled delivery time achieved. I was kept informed throughout. Problems happen, it's how they are resolved that matters.”

“I have used More Handles in the past and Zoo products have all been satisfactory. In this instance they did not stock door knob type handles which incorporate a privacy lock within the boss, so purchased elsewhere. Big mistake was to purchase Frelan spring door closers. I have previously used Eclipse on bathroom and toilet doors which are quiet and easily adjusted. The Frelans twanged in use and may be suitable for heavy fire doors but could not be adjusted to suit lighter doors. The joiner replaced them with Zoo rising hinges which self close all at extra cost.”
