“Great Service. Had the most suitable handles and the right size. I would only mention that the delivery cost seems high, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.”

“Good service, and very happy with the service I received. There was some adjustment needed when one of my items was out of stock, but this was dealt with by splitting the order. The delayed items arrived in good time, earlier than the expected date.”

“Handles are very nice and were delivered on time. Two issue result in 4 rather than 5 stars. Screws are rather short so I had to buy 30 mm. 2nd issue is that some handles don't quite have perfect square corners”

“We are very happy with our handles which are high quality and look good. They were ordered and delivered the next day. We only ask that the team picking the goods to send out please please please check the sizes match. We have been able to use our handles as they are in a place that doesn't notice much, but they are definitely of different sizes.”

“Apart from receiving it with a bent rivet, it is a good product and, although I am really looking for something more 'retro', it will hide two ugly bolts/nuts which secure the outside letter box flap until I am able to find something more suitable.”

“I purchased three pieces of front door hardware which arrived within a couple of days. The quality is good, as expected, although the spindle for the large door knobs is on the short side (100mm) for a large front door and I will have to buy a longer one from elsewhere.”

“Very nice people on the phone and helpful. Website was easy first time I ordered but next time I ordered I found it difficult to navigate because first it didn't recognise my email then it said I was already registered with my email. I ordered by phone instead. A lot less hassle. Very happy with the unfinished brass cupboard handles. Had to pay for delivery which I don't like doing but couldn't find a shop selling these items.”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered was no longer available and the one I received was not suitable. However, the customer service was very good; a return label was sent and the full cost, including postage, was refunded. i would use the company again.”
