“Yet again a company leads you to believe items are in stock and take your money give you a delivery date then after a few days tell you there is a problem with delivery on top of that when they were dispatched with DPD and instructed to leave delivery in my porch it was left in a random garage and a photo of my parcel sent to me in random garage. Thank you for your phone call today Paul and as you explained you are in the process of trying to alter your lead delivery times on your thousands of items, and obviously DPDs incompetence is out of your control and you are dealing with them and hopefully More Handles will up their game on replying to customers emails, once again thank you for your polite and helpful phone call today.”

“A slight delay in meeting my order and I had to make contact to find out the reason. However, the products were delivered within the time-frame given by More Handles after my contact and we are very pleased with the items and will use the company again, when required.”

“Didn’t advise on major delay on items, but apologised nicely when prodded for progress. That apart (and current conditions don’t help) good quality products received around revised delivery date, well packed. Would happily buy from them again.”

“I would have given 5 stars, but first bracket arrived with a crack in the casting. I complained immediately by email, had a very quick response - apology and message to say that it would be replaced immediately, which it was. Both packages took 5 days to arrive by Royal Mail. As long as I wasn’t in a hurry, I would use this supplier.”

“I ordered the SCHWINN 22048 T BAR CUPBOARD HANDLE - Excellent quality, packaged well. Delivery took longer than I would have expected, and I had to contact More Handles to be enquire of delivery date hence reason for 4 stars instead of 5, but then i did order 21.”

“Unfortunately the company sent the incorrect length hinges. I advised them and it was dealt with professionally and promptly. Errors occur in all businesses and it is the way that they deal with them that counts. Fully recommend them. Product was excellent.”

“I did a lot of research and price comparison before ordering. The handles are excellent, stylish, good quality and heavy. The price was also really good. Only downside was that 1 handle in the order wasn't in stock (6 week wait) but Morehandles didn’t advise me until I rang to query non receipt of order and only then did they agree to immediately post the rest of the order and send the 1 handle separately.”

“Excellent company with a vast selection products and enthusiastic support service team; prices are exceptional as is the quality of the products they supplied. I have to say, delivery was a little on the slow side, (two weeks), but perhaps this is to be expected under current Covid-19 circumstances. An exchange was also required, not due to faulty goods, rather because a different model was required, yet this was simple to execute and fulfilled promptly without any glitches. So overall I can definitely recommend More Handles as a very good company to purchase online products.”

“I found the site had a good range of products and quickly found what I wanted. The ordering process was easy, and my order was quickly placed. Although we are in strange times, I did find the delivery time to be rather longer than anticipated, and was on the verge of enquiring as to the order processing stage when I had an email advising of despatch. The delivery came next day, was packaged securely, and I was very pleased with the products purchased.”

“For the product range, product quality, pricing and the women in the customer service team this would be a 5 star review. But when products are delayed, the guys need to up their game in making the customer feel like someone cares about their problem.”

“Items are always of a really high quality which is great. I think it would be helpful to state the lead time in the description as many products are made to order and therefore may take many weeks to be dispatched. Customer service is always very helpful and friendly.”
