“The order was taken easily enough, and quickly dispatched. But the goods just aren't fit for purpose. We'd bought a single covered escutcheon with the view to buy a load more if we liked it. But it was useless. The cover just won't move. It's far to stiff. If I use all my might, I can just about shift it slightly to the side, but it's a very difficult operation, and nowhere near the smooth, one-handed operation it should be. It's a shame, because the escutcheon looked great... just didn't work! *****EDIT***** Since posting the review, MoreHandles have been back in touch and sent out a replacement escutcheon, so for their great customer services I'm giving an extra star, bringing them up to Average. But unfortunately although the replacement escutcheon is less stiff, it still doesn't swing freely, making it difficult to get the key into the keyhole with one hand. So I won't be going ahead with the purchase of enough for all the doors in our house. *****EDIT AGAIN***** They've got in touch with me again, and this time since I still wasn't happy with the escutcheon, they've refunded my money (inc. postage fees). While it's still a shame that the escutcheons are no good (thus one star lost), I can't really fault their customer service. I'm not sure what more they could have done!”

“I emailed sales with a question and didn't hear back within a few days so I called the number on the website and my question was promptly answered by a friendly advisor. Paying through the website was easy, dispatch was very fast and the handles were perfect! Nice, sturdy design and a good range of diameters which is why I chose More Handles.”

“We purchased handles for our kitchen. We had to send back handles twice for being damaged or scratched and it took us weeks to get these replaced, this was after a few emails chasing for an outcome. All in all we paid two lots of extra postage due to damaged handles. The service although polite was slow. Handles were fine for the money. They were only £4/£5 per handle so nothing amazing. I would think twice before using again though. Edit: After leaving this review more handles got in touch with me to discuss what happened and refunded the postage costs, which was really my biggest issue. I work in hospitality and I would have just put this review down to a customer being fussy, moaned about them and moved on. To get in contact with me was a really great touch, and having read their reviews I can see they are normally a 5 star company. Its easy to make a mistake from time to time. Great aftercare.”

“I ordered one handle initially to test the fit, this works out quite expensive and it would be good if they could apply a bulk discount to the single purchase if you subsequently order a large number. The quality and service is first class, there website informative and easy to navigate. Well recomended.”

“My wondow stays represent excellent value for money. The screws supplied with the stays are very poor quality metal. The stays are coated in a clear varnish whish blocks the slots and has to be removed to enable free operation.”

“Though the website detailed there would be casting marks on the handles we felt one was excessive. After a few cordial emails Morehandles agreed to replace it and did so very promptly. The rest of the order was great.”

“A good firm with good products/prices. If you are used to Amazon, they are not as quick on delivery and don't update as regularly but it always arrives after a few days, well packed etc. And you can speak to a real person at any time which is a major plus.”
