We purchased handles for our kitchen. We had to send back handles twice for being damaged or scratched and it took us weeks to get these replaced, this was after a few emails chasing for an outcome. All in all we paid two lots of extra postage due to damaged handles. The service although polite was slow. Handles were fine for the money. They were only £4/£5 per handle so nothing amazing. I would think twice before using again though. Edit: After leaving this review more handles got in touch with me to discuss what happened and refunded the postage costs, which was really my biggest issue. I work in hospitality and I would have just put this review down to a customer being fussy, moaned about them and moved on. To get in contact with me was a really great touch, and having read their reviews I can see they are normally a 5 star company. Its easy to make a mistake from time to time. Great aftercare.
