“The cupboard knobs I ordered were of excellent quality and beautifully packaged. However, the colour was not as shown on the picture. They were a very pink shade of cream and I needed an ivory shade.”

“I loved the door handles that I bought - they were exactly as described on the site and very well packaged so they arrived safely. Unfortunately they did not fit my door, so I had to send them back. I was refunded for the cost of the handles but not for the original post costs and also I had to pay postage to send them back, so it turned out to be an expensive mistake on my part.”

“Excellent service. Found handles to match those I bought many years ago - still available (must be a good design!!) with prompt dispatch. One star knocked off because DPD apparently didn't collect on the day my order was dispatched so the tracking was showing nothing in the system other than the tracking number, and I had to contact More Handles rather than them proactively contacting me. By no means the end of the world. Time wasn't critical in this instance, and I got a very quick response from them, and realistically it would be a 9_ / 10.”

“My wondow stays represent excellent value for money. The screws supplied with the stays are very poor quality metal. The stays are coated in a clear varnish whish blocks the slots and has to be removed to enable free operation.”

“Very pleased with how my handles look on my repainted chest of drawers. I had been wondering if they would arrive within the time stated on the website, but they arrived the same day as I received the notification that they had been shipped. They were supplied with 2 different length screws (one of which could be cut to length), but both were, unfortunately too long, so we used some we already had.”

“It's OK, but as a replacement for a 1980's door handle, you need to do a bit of fettling in order to make it fit properly, as the replacement is not one to one in all sizes, but in the end it works well. Would recommend.”
