“good service - my only regret is that shutter hooks ar handed hooks so that they come down to the right - ideally I would like a choice. You can fit them in reverse but then the screw detent is facing the shutter surface.”

“Tranaction went well except the items were very slow to arrive. I understood that the company were on Xmas leave, and took this into account, perhaps the postal service was the problem. Excellent website and ordering was very easy.”

“The cupboard knobs I ordered were of excellent quality and beautifully packaged. However, the colour was not as shown on the picture. They were a very pink shade of cream and I needed an ivory shade.”

“I loved the door handles that I bought - they were exactly as described on the site and very well packaged so they arrived safely. Unfortunately they did not fit my door, so I had to send them back. I was refunded for the cost of the handles but not for the original post costs and also I had to pay postage to send them back, so it turned out to be an expensive mistake on my part.”

“Fast shipping, latches I ordered look to be good quality and all the measurements etc were spot on so slotted into place without difficultly. Would be nice if they could stock a slightly wider range - had to go somewhere else to get latches for some other doors.”

“The company's staff is prompt in response and also helpful in clarifying all doubts. Refund policy is very good and also allow you to purchase handles for sample purpose and can also provide refund for the same if you dont like them. As the handles I liked was coming from Germany, total time taken was around 7 working days. I would be more grateful if the delivery timeline can be narrow to 2-3 days. Also the price as compared to other online retailer (handles4u) was slightly higher. Overall good experience and may buy it in future if offered good price.”

“Very pleased with the products and reasonably priced also. Was disappointed with the long wait initially due to the product being out of stock yet there was no communication regarding this till I chased the order up. Once the goods were in stock the order was processed speedily and arrived in good time even here in New Zealand.”
