The company's staff is prompt in response and also helpful in clarifying all doubts. Refund policy is very good and also allow you to purchase handles for sample purpose and can also provide refund for the same if you dont like them. As the handles I liked was coming from Germany, total time taken was around 7 working days. I would be more grateful if the delivery timeline can be narrow to 2-3 days. Also the price as compared to other online retailer (handles4u) was slightly higher. Overall good experience and may buy it in future if offered good price.
