I loved the door handles that I bought - they were exactly as described on the site and very well packaged so they arrived safely. Unfortunately they did not fit my door, so I had to send them back. I was refunded for the cost of the handles but not for the original post costs and also I had to pay postage to send them back, so it turned out to be an expensive mistake on my part.
