“I have used More Handles in the past and Zoo products have all been satisfactory. In this instance they did not stock door knob type handles which incorporate a privacy lock within the boss, so purchased elsewhere. Big mistake was to purchase Frelan spring door closers. I have previously used Eclipse on bathroom and toilet doors which are quiet and easily adjusted. The Frelans twanged in use and may be suitable for heavy fire doors but could not be adjusted to suit lighter doors. The joiner replaced them with Zoo rising hinges which self close all at extra cost.”

“The order came promptly but was the wrong item but More was very good at finding the issue and replacing the handle quickly it would have been 5 stars apart from the wrong item sent”

“Handle could be perfect replacement for the Weiser handle in place, but unfortunately the spindle is too large for the old door latch which is longer than the replacment.”

“The handle to our on-suite door needed replacement and I noted that it was made by Carlisle Brass, so I looked up the specification and easily found the correct part. I therefore ordered it. The item was delivered promptly and was exactly as specified. Replacement was simple and we also have the other half of the pair should we need it in the future. The only fly in the ointment was that the shipping company, DPD, imposed a hefty charge for shipping to the "Highlands and Islands". Well, we are not IN the Highlands or Islands, they start some 35 miles away. We are in Moray, so this should not be happening at all. In addition, unfair overcharging is a known issue and is being addressed by the Scottish Government. The "Fair Deliveries" web site - https://fairdeliveries.scot/ - makes it possible to determine whether or not a supplier will make a surcharge for delivering to selected Scottish postcodes so we would suggest that More Handles should use the facility to choose a delivery company that does not impose an unfair surcharge on shipments to certain Scottish locations. You are only just over the Border after all!”

“Handles great. Would have been nice to have the screws provided. Yet to put them On as I now have to find the right screws. As I have a disabled husband that requires constant attendance it will be ages before I can go and buy them.”
