“Everything was as expected. The only small niggle was the email on expected delivery date was the same day as the delivery. Not a problem, but we could have been out. Everything else was excellent. All handles have been fitted with no problems.”

“I got everything I needed in one go. The handles look really good quality. My one gripe would be lack of communication. I would have liked to know when they were being delivered. Other than that I would certainly use again”

“Unfortunately the company sent the incorrect length hinges. I advised them and it was dealt with professionally and promptly. Errors occur in all businesses and it is the way that they deal with them that counts. Fully recommend them. Product was excellent.”

“Products are all good (exterior and interior handles and knobs) well packaged and perfect for my requirements. Delivery was quite slow compared to other retailers (11 days after order) - expected delivery times are shown on the website, but I didn't pay much attention to them when ordering, and only noticed after I'd placed order that all goods would be dispatched together meaning everything is dependent on the last item to become available - perfectly reasonable practice but realising this was the retailer's policy would have reduced some of my frustration in waiting.”

“I ordered 4 butchers block corner irons. 3 of them were perfect, exactly what I expected, but the fourth was bent and twisted (unusable) which meant that I had to get it straightened at extra cost.”

“Replacement latch arrived very promptly, which was good. However, I do wonder why the dimensions of these sorts of replacements cannot match the latches they are to replace. The front plate has an extra bow that means there is a danger of the latch catching the door frame. The movement of the latch is restricted by a small "runner" outside the casing. this meant I had to bore into the hole to enlarge the top area, before ti would operate smoothly. Finally, the fixing holes were about a millimetre further apart then the broken one. I managed to get that to work, but with some difficulty. So, great latch and speedy delivery, but I wish that the manufacturers would agree upon and stick to the exact same dimensions!!”

“no problems with quality of items and compared to other prices I compared was good value. One minor grouse was a gap of about a week between ordering and despatch with no update at all, every time I checked tracking it just said order was processing and after a few days I was getting a little suspicious as it was first time I had used site - but then I received a despatch email and the order arrived next day. I would certainly use again but if an order can't be filled from stock just tell the customer and if possible give an ETA.”

“Yet again a company leads you to believe items are in stock and take your money give you a delivery date then after a few days tell you there is a problem with delivery on top of that when they were dispatched with DPD and instructed to leave delivery in my porch it was left in a random garage and a photo of my parcel sent to me in random garage. Thank you for your phone call today Paul and as you explained you are in the process of trying to alter your lead delivery times on your thousands of items, and obviously DPDs incompetence is out of your control and you are dealing with them and hopefully More Handles will up their game on replying to customers emails, once again thank you for your polite and helpful phone call today.”
