Products are all good (exterior and interior handles and knobs) well packaged and perfect for my requirements. Delivery was quite slow compared to other retailers (11 days after order) - expected delivery times are shown on the website, but I didn't pay much attention to them when ordering, and only noticed after I'd placed order that all goods would be dispatched together meaning everything is dependent on the last item to become available - perfectly reasonable practice but realising this was the retailer's policy would have reduced some of my frustration in waiting.
