Replacement latch arrived very promptly, which was good. However, I do wonder why the dimensions of these sorts of replacements cannot match the latches they are to replace. The front plate has an extra bow that means there is a danger of the latch catching the door frame. The movement of the latch is restricted by a small "runner" outside the casing. this meant I had to bore into the hole to enlarge the top area, before ti would operate smoothly. Finally, the fixing holes were about a millimetre further apart then the broken one. I managed to get that to work, but with some difficulty. So, great latch and speedy delivery, but I wish that the manufacturers would agree upon and stick to the exact same dimensions!!
