“The chimney Chimney Sheep Draught Excluder was fit for purpose but instructions are needed on where to measure in the fireplace/chimney to be able to order the correct size and how to secure the item for an efficient fit.”

“It's a nice looking coat rack and the delivery service was excellent. Now that it is stained and varnished it looks good and the coathooks are very attractive. We were a little underwhelmed by the quality of the finish. We felt it could have been finished to a higher standard and sanded down a bit better. The wood is such poor quality because it is made from old pallets that it doesn't sand down to a smooth finish”

“I did a lot of research and price comparison before ordering. The handles are excellent, stylish, good quality and heavy. The price was also really good. Only downside was that 1 handle in the order wasn't in stock (6 week wait) but Morehandles didn’t advise me until I rang to query non receipt of order and only then did they agree to immediately post the rest of the order and send the 1 handle separately.”

“I ordered 2 handles on fourth of jan received on 5 feb handles were as described and ideal for the job in hand would have given 5 stars if delivery was sooner If delivery was down to manufacturing problems would have liked to have been informed”

“Great stainless door stays, arrived promptly. However one had one screw missing - I found a similar one in my toolbox - I hope mine is also A4 grade! Amazing that Ikea can ensure that everything you buy has the right number of screws but sadly these guys can't:) Three stays had the correct number, one was short (all the packets were sealed so none had been lost). Sadly, I needed to fit them immediately so wasn't able to wait for more screws to be sent.”

“The handles arrived about 2 weeks after ordering this delay was caused by the supplier to More Handles not having a supply in this country. More Handles had said when I contacted them that the supply was at customs and would supply them as quickly as they could and even uprated my postage to 1st class at no extra cost so even though a delay the handles arrived and are up to the high standard I expected will definitely use More Handles again”

“After ordering two sample knobs to see if they would be ok I received an email saying they were out of stock, they arrived a couple of weeks later and we liked them so I immediately ordered the number required...a week later I received an email saying that they had most of the order but some items were out of stock but that they would send what they had if required. I called and said that yes I would like them sent out as we had someone waiting to fit them. They arrived the next day and all the items were in the package. Love the items we ordered just a little frustrating having to wait for stock.”
