After ordering two sample knobs to see if they would be ok I received an email saying they were out of stock, they arrived a couple of weeks later and we liked them so I immediately ordered the number required...a week later I received an email saying that they had most of the order but some items were out of stock but that they would send what they had if required. I called and said that yes I would like them sent out as we had someone waiting to fit them. They arrived the next day and all the items were in the package. Love the items we ordered just a little frustrating having to wait for stock.
