“Ordered a pair of door knobs. All fine, but one of the screws supplied didn't have a thread, so it was impossible to use. Called the company and they have said they'll send out 2 new screws in the post, so hopefully that should fix things. 4 stars only because the of the dodgey screw.”

“Really impressed with the quality of the cabinet knobs I ordered- they are nice and heavy and feel expensive despite being very reasonably priced. Have already recommended them to our kitchen supplier!”

“The photographs on their website were confusing which led me to order the wrong handle. When I contacted customer service the matter was sorted out efficiently and they agreed to send me the correct handle without charging me postage, although I did have to pay postage to return the first handle. The replacement handle arrived pretty quickly and the charge for the first handle was also refunded quickly. I would use this company again.”

“I ordered two numbers for my new front door. They arrived well packaged, and are very smart - but unfortunately one had a slight mark on it. A replacement was dispatched to me in days with no quibble at all. Very impressed with the product quality and also the customer services.”

“Excellent company with a vast selection products and enthusiastic support service team; prices are exceptional as is the quality of the products they supplied. I have to say, delivery was a little on the slow side, (two weeks), but perhaps this is to be expected under current Covid-19 circumstances. An exchange was also required, not due to faulty goods, rather because a different model was required, yet this was simple to execute and fulfilled promptly without any glitches. So overall I can definitely recommend More Handles as a very good company to purchase online products.”

“Thanks to the Sales Team at Carlisle for sorting out a problem with my recent order. Due to non-availability of some of the items, there was a danger that the goods would not be available for the start of my project. The team quickly suggested an alternative and got the order to me by next-day delivery, allowing my project to go ahead as planned. The problem not entirely their fault - I hadn't specified a delivery date. A suggestion to avoid problems in future - order acknowledgements might include a delivery projection once stock availability is known. That might allow alternative materials to be sent in time.”
