The photographs on their website were confusing which led me to order the wrong handle. When I contacted customer service the matter was sorted out efficiently and they agreed to send me the correct handle without charging me postage, although I did have to pay postage to return the first handle. The replacement handle arrived pretty quickly and the charge for the first handle was also refunded quickly. I would use this company again.
