Thanks to the Sales Team at Carlisle for sorting out a problem with my recent order. Due to non-availability of some of the items, there was a danger that the goods would not be available for the start of my project. The team quickly suggested an alternative and got the order to me by next-day delivery, allowing my project to go ahead as planned. The problem not entirely their fault - I hadn't specified a delivery date. A suggestion to avoid problems in future - order acknowledgements might include a delivery projection once stock availability is known. That might allow alternative materials to be sent in time.
