“loved the handles the speed of the service and delivery ,however missing screws for 2 of the handles not a problem we got around this overall very good”

“Very pleased with how my handles look on my repainted chest of drawers. I had been wondering if they would arrive within the time stated on the website, but they arrived the same day as I received the notification that they had been shipped. They were supplied with 2 different length screws (one of which could be cut to length), but both were, unfortunately too long, so we used some we already had.”

“Needed bolts for some internal french doors and More Handles was recommended by my fitter. Bolts are very solid and heavy and do exactly what I want them to do. Bought them in brushed nickel to match door handles. Am very pleased with the look of them”

“I found the site had a good range of products and quickly found what I wanted. The ordering process was easy, and my order was quickly placed. Although we are in strange times, I did find the delivery time to be rather longer than anticipated, and was on the verge of enquiring as to the order processing stage when I had an email advising of despatch. The delivery came next day, was packaged securely, and I was very pleased with the products purchased.”

“Very prompt service and very good value. Unfortunatly the handles would not work on our drawers so had to send them back which was easy to do. Although we had to pay for the returns considering the actual cost we still got back more than half the cost, thought this was good. Would defently use this site again and have recommended it to friend and relations. Would have given it 5 star if returns had been free.”

“Couldn't find what I wanted in the shops, and viewing the item on your website, I was a little concerned about the colour as they looked more "steely" than "coppery", but the description matched so I took a chance and ordered. They were exactly what I wanted, and at a very good price.”

“The website is really easy to navigate & purchase from. 2 - 3 day delivery turned out to be 4 days. On 3rd day still no email saying item dispatched and on account it said my order was still being processed. So I called up to find out what was going on. The lady I spoke to was very polite & friendly. I was informed it had just been dispatched so will get email shortly. Sure enough email arrived & the next day the item delivered. Item is exactly as shown on website so very pleased.”

“No problems, handles look great and are easy to fix in place, was kept up to date regarding delivery and have since ordered again. Lost one star because delivery is a bit steep if you're only ordering one or two but works out well if you're getting multiples.”

“Goods were as described and arrived in reasonable time, tho' I might have got them quicker direct from Anvil. My customer sourced some other bits direct and they seemed to be on site faster. Still better than many of the businesses that say they do internet ordering/delivery and are slower than 2nd class post.”
