“Two brass cabin hooks, all as described, but for some reason only came with 4 screws each instead of the 8 needed to fix both the hook & eye. Fortunately I had some suitable screws in stock, so didn't bother going back to them. Delivery quick & efficient.”

“A little friction/anxiety initially, order placed & confirmed, then nothing heard for 1 week. Upon us contacting the Company, they acknowledged the order and advised of a delay, would have been nicer for the company to have been more proactive in telling us of a delay? From then onwards cannot fault company, customer service very proactive in telephoning and emailing us with progress, goods received soon after. Packing, delivery, excellent. Overall, very pleased with product quality and service, despite initial concerns.”

“I made a phone call to confirm which accessories I needed to complete a house set of 13 doors, and received great advice on matching up parts - handles, locks, hinges and the latches and bolts. The prices are good, and delivery was spot on. The products were well packaged and in good order. I ordered the incorrect length of bolt to match the latch, but the process to replace them was good, and the parts sent out first class. The only criticism is that the fact that a mismatch of bolt to latch length was not picked up on the order and questioned.”

“Excellent range, good delivery and tracking but initially poor after sales service. I emailed with some constructive quality feedback on the 33865 escutcheons on order 100095889 and I also requested help for a spare part on JAB5R. After two weeks with no response I rang to be told that there was no trace of my email. I went over all the points verbally and was promised an email once they had established if the part was available. After another couple of weeks I had heard nothing which is when I first placed my review. Subsequently I have received a phone call and a full resolution to my request and issues. I’m pleased that this is the case as all my previous experience of the company has been very good - my faith is now restored!”

“Bought 2 sizes of porcelain cupboard knobs. Delivered quickly, in good order. Glad to see that the screws are the 'waisted' type that are easily shortened as needed. A couple of the handles had poorly-made nuts that were crooked and the thread was badly cut, so that overtightening the screw would risk stripping the thread, but so far so good.”

“Arrived very quickly. The only problem I had was with the brass screws. Two out of four snapped just as I tightened them the final 1/4 turn. I guess I needed to drill holes for them instead of just using an awl.”

“Morehandles.co.uk provided just what I needed to make a window safe for little children. The product seemed better and more suitable than some cheaper alternatives. The device was easy to fit to a PVC window and frame (although I was not keen on the non-removable screws and used my own). The cost of the single safety device plus postage was fairly expensive but I am a satisfied customer and would certainly recommend the company.”
