I made a phone call to confirm which accessories I needed to complete a house set of 13 doors, and received great advice on matching up parts - handles, locks, hinges and the latches and bolts. The prices are good, and delivery was spot on. The products were well packaged and in good order. I ordered the incorrect length of bolt to match the latch, but the process to replace them was good, and the parts sent out first class. The only criticism is that the fact that a mismatch of bolt to latch length was not picked up on the order and questioned.
