A little friction/anxiety initially, order placed & confirmed, then nothing heard for 1 week. Upon us contacting the Company, they acknowledged the order and advised of a delay, would have been nicer for the company to have been more proactive in telling us of a delay? From then onwards cannot fault company, customer service very proactive in telephoning and emailing us with progress, goods received soon after. Packing, delivery, excellent. Overall, very pleased with product quality and service, despite initial concerns.
