“It's OK, but as a replacement for a 1980's door handle, you need to do a bit of fettling in order to make it fit properly, as the replacement is not one to one in all sizes, but in the end it works well. Would recommend.”

“Ordered some escutcheon plates and one didn't come with fixings -after phone call new fixings promptly sent though these were unfortunately the wrong ones. However after second phone call correct fixings were promptly sent.”

“Great products- exactly as described - arrived on time and exactly as ordered. Only reason I am giving them 4* is that it would be nice to have a choice of screw/bolt length. I needed 40mm and the ones supplied were too short so I had to buy a pack of 25 from Screwfix.”

“I would have given 5 stars, but first bracket arrived with a crack in the casting. I complained immediately by email, had a very quick response - apology and message to say that it would be replaced immediately, which it was. Both packages took 5 days to arrive by Royal Mail. As long as I wasn’t in a hurry, I would use this supplier.”
