“I purchased some steel cup handles (which I love) but needed some knobs to match. I emailed more handles to ask their advice on matches and they suggested 3 alternatives which would match the cup handles. I wasn't convinced but as I wasn't able to see them in real life I took their word for it and ordered one of their suggestions. They arrived but they don't match the cup handles so I've had to pay the postage to send them back. Disappointing but the cup handles are great!”

“Good product....apply & leave to dry on for 30-60 minutes...then buff with a soft cloth. Postage expensive for a small tin..”

“The screws for handles weren't included in the original package, which delayed me putting them in, but a quick call and it was easily sorted. Shame postage is so expensive.”

“Found the perfect handles for a cabinet my fella was restoring and they fitted beautifully. The delivery was so fast! and they were a fraction of the price I'd seen elsewhere - couldn't believe my luck. Won me some Brownie points I can tell you!”

“I purchased a green crystal drawer knob with a chrome base, then I saw one on the website with a brass base (which is what I needed), so I purchased that one too. The next day I contacted the store to cancel the first drawer knob and the staff were extremely helpful and refunded my money, for the first drawer knob, without any fuss, and the one I needed was posted and delivered within two days. Wonderful. Thanks guys!!!”

“Draught excluder door brush seal arrived damaged (probably caused by postman trying to shove a 3' package thru the letterbox). After providing photo evidence, DoorHandle's customer service team agreed immediately and without quibble to dispatch another, free of charge, which arrived swiftly and safely (packaged more robustly). A helpful, courteous company that clearly values its customers... I will definitely buy from them again.”
