“Only issue was trying to find matching rim locks and regular handles. I didn't get them exactly right, but it was tolerable. Best to phone up to double check if you need different types of handle in the same style.”

“Products are good quality and well priced.There was a delay with one of the items.....I ordered a decorative snail, and it seems he decided to make his own way rather than use the courier! (he was out of stock) Debs was very helpful and advised me of the delay immediately and kept me updated. I was happy with the items when they arrived and would use them again.”

“After purchasing some door furniture, which arrived very quickly, I noticed after unpacking that there were manufacturing flaws on both handles. I advised "Morehandles" of the problem, and they were soon replaced following some dialogue including pictures, by email. A good and fair service.”

“Didn’t advise on major delay on items, but apologised nicely when prodded for progress. That apart (and current conditions don’t help) good quality products received around revised delivery date, well packed. Would happily buy from them again.”

“The quality of the handles is fine. There was a little delay in delivery as they weren't in stock, it would have been 5 stars, if I had been kept informed along the way. I would certainly recommend the company though.”

“Excellent service. Found handles to match those I bought many years ago - still available (must be a good design!!) with prompt dispatch. One star knocked off because DPD apparently didn't collect on the day my order was dispatched so the tracking was showing nothing in the system other than the tracking number, and I had to contact More Handles rather than them proactively contacting me. By no means the end of the world. Time wasn't critical in this instance, and I got a very quick response from them, and realistically it would be a 9_ / 10.”
