“great range and good pricing for the items I needed, albeit just replacement parts for some obscure handles I have. Only element not taking it to a 5 was the delivery, took a while, but I guess the current situation causes logistical problems.”

“I ordered 2 separate parcels so I would get next day delivery before flying home. Only one arrived. However the company did redeem itself by tracking the parcel and arranging for me to collect it from the trade counter on my way to the airport. My criticism is there was no real expanation why one was delivered and not the other having both been ordered at exactly the same time!”

“Ordered 1 handle initially. Loved it so ordered another 21 for all kitchen cabinets. The first 1 came with screws so expected the second delivery to come with screws, but it did not So had to use the old screws which wasn't ideal. Both deliveries were quick and handles were great price. Just disappointed the second order didn’t come with screws.”

“Items are always of a really high quality which is great. I think it would be helpful to state the lead time in the description as many products are made to order and therefore may take many weeks to be dispatched. Customer service is always very helpful and friendly.”

“Excellent product just what I needed with good communication but the reason for 4 and not 5 stars is two things 1. Delivery cost is high for two small cupboard handles 2. I had to wait two weeks for your order to arrive from Germany.”

“Ordered 1st August delivery date shown as 3rd on invoice but did not turn up until 12th August then left on the doorstep. I realise that its the delivery company and not More Handles but I was in a bit of a rush for them so delayed fitting of units. Apart from that pleased with what I brought and happy to have done business with them and would use them again.”

“I had been looking for months for handles for my old pine blanket box . I was delighted to find an exact match for size and shape of original ones. Did have to go looking for perfect srews so would have been helpful to have screws provided or advised. Easy to order online .goods as described and packaging and delivery good Thankyou”
