I ordered 2 separate parcels so I would get next day delivery before flying home. Only one arrived. However the company did redeem itself by tracking the parcel and arranging for me to collect it from the trade counter on my way to the airport. My criticism is there was no real expanation why one was delivered and not the other having both been ordered at exactly the same time!
