Excellent range, good delivery and tracking but initially poor after sales service. I emailed with some constructive quality feedback on the 33865 escutcheons on order 100095889 and I also requested help for a spare part on JAB5R. After two weeks with no response I rang to be told that there was no trace of my email. I went over all the points verbally and was promised an email once they had established if the part was available. After another couple of weeks I had heard nothing which is when I first placed my review. Subsequently I have received a phone call and a full resolution to my request and issues. I’m pleased that this is the case as all my previous experience of the company has been very good - my faith is now restored!
