Very nice people on the phone and helpful. Website was easy first time I ordered but next time I ordered I found it difficult to navigate because first it didn't recognise my email then it said I was already registered with my email. I ordered by phone instead. A lot less hassle. Very happy with the unfinished brass cupboard handles. Had to pay for delivery which I don't like doing but couldn't find a shop selling these items.
