Good experience. There was a delay to the promised 3-5 working days delivery schedule caused by a temporary supply issue from the manufacturers. After a phone call to More Handles, the problem was investigated in a timely manner, the delay explained and the re-scheduled delivery time achieved. I was kept informed throughout. Problems happen, it's how they are resolved that matters.
