Rapid response to my order, easy to use website, all very clear and easy. Returning customer. Howver, I was ordering more of the same type ofhandles that I had previously ordered. As a result I was expecting exactly the same look and finish. The finish was different. I looked on the manufacturer site and it appears that it has changed. It is not significantly different but can be seen when side by side with a previous one so worth checking on future orders. Didn't impact quality of service though.
