We ordered some brushed steel handles for our new kitchen in different sizes. When they had not arrived after a few days I telephoned and it turned out the delay was because the smallest size was not in stock. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and said someone would call me back. My call was returned within minutes by a man who also apologised and offered to send a larger (and more expensive size) as a substitute. I was very happy with this and the full order arrived the next day. The handles are now fitted and look superb!
