Great experience. Although the website lacks detailed info in some places, the customer service team more than makes up for that. The customer service agent I spoke to (and online-chatted with) was able to talk me through options to help me find the best products (and the right products) for my job. Without him, I would have been uncertain about which products worked and in some cases my initial choice would have been wrong. It made buying online more like buying over the counter and definitely led to me buying more handles .. and hinges and latches! The quality of the products I bought also seems to be excellent. The items arrived well-packed and the courier service (with the one-hour delivery window on the day) took all the drama out of the delivery process. I've used MoreHandles twice now and would definitely recommend. Great experiece.
