I had a problem ordering over a weekend, but more handles responded to my meaasage on Monday morning and problem was fixed. Handles were a bargain due to an irregular screw being supplied, as explained on the website before ordering. I didn't need the screw anyway, so was able to make the most of the bargain. Fabulous quality handles, excellent buy, and super attentive customer service.
