Slighter slower than expected to process and ship the order (ordered on Thursday and delivered on the mon/tues after the weekend. However, one of the screws sheared off while i was putting in the handle, and More Handles had a replacement to me the next morning, absolutely incredible service. Products purchased look good as well, and are easy to install (having never installed handles before)
