Ordered just before lockdown, so there was some delays as manufacturing had shut down. Staff were very helpful, and informative, shipping part orders as stock came in. The handles we ordered were very high quality, albeit not expensive dive and have pride of place in our new kitchen. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
