I ordered a pair of handles and then remembered I needed a robe hook to match. I ordered this separately, but got charged postage again. I sent them an e-mail pointing this out, not expecting them to do anything. They sent one back saying both items would be posted together and they would refund me one lot of postage. The items duly arrived in the same box the following day. Brilliant!
