I duplicated my order in error whilst trying to add further items to my original order. Regrettably was not able to sort out the problem online so I rang the seller 9am the following day. Despite having ALREADY placed the items in despatch they were able to prevent the duplicate delivery & refunded my overpayment immediately. Goods received on correct basis soon afterwards & are perfect for the job.
