I wanted handles for the drawers of a narrow hall table I had constructed. I did not know what sort of handles nor how big. The web site an excellent choice and I was able to order as many samples as I wanted some of the same handle but in different sizes. I ordered the handles I had chosen and sent back the samples. The man on the phone at more handles was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The credit to my account was handled promptly. When the handles I had ordered did not come I emailed a query. I received an apologetic reply immediately telling me that they had run out of the particular handles but there were more coming and they were very sorry no-one had kept me informed. The handles arrived and they look great.
